William M. Novotny Appraisal Services

William M. Novotny retired as an antique dealer after a quarter of a century.  Since then he has been a full time personal property appraiser for ten years.  He has been an Accredited member of the International Society of appraisers (ISA) since 1996. He is one of a handful of personal property appraisers certified by the Appraisal foundation in Washington to teach the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). He is a board member and the regular instructor of the Appraisers National Association (ANA) for all of their appraisal theory, methods and practice courses. He has completed hundreds of appraisals and valued thousands  of properties. He will prepare formal appraisal reports for insurance, damage claims, IRS tax purposes, divorce, trusts, equitable distribution and litigation support. He accepts appraisal review assignments.
